Usual conditions of granting copyright permission

  • Non-exclusive licence and territorially limited.
  • Valid for a specified period or on one-off basis.
  • A copyright fee may be applicable, as per the following table, or as per particular circumstances relevant to the request.
  • Where appropriate, permission to reproduce the work will be granted subject to a plain English (half-page) copyright licence agreement to be signed by both parties.
  • Attribution of copyright will usually be in the following manner: © The State of Queensland, Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation 2011, and, if necessary, a disclaimer and appropriate protection of the author's moral rights.

Requests to reproduce material other than the above will be considered on an individual basis.
