Usual conditions of granting copyright permission
- Non-exclusive licence and territorially limited.
- Valid for a specified period or on one-off basis.
- A copyright fee may be applicable, as per the following table, or as per particular circumstances relevant to the request.
- Where appropriate, permission to reproduce the work will be granted subject to a plain English (half-page) copyright licence agreement to be signed by both parties.
- Attribution of copyright will usually be in the following manner: © The State of Queensland, Department of Employment, Economic Development and Innovation 2011, and, if necessary, a disclaimer and appropriate protection of the author's moral rights.

Please note: The above fees may vary or be waived depending on the intended use of the work, number of copies to be reproduced, frequency of use, etc.
Requests to reproduce material other than the above will be considered on an individual basis.
