Pest offensive

Queensland farmers rank weeds as their worst land management problem, and pest animals are the number one cause of environmental damage throughout regional Queensland.

'Reclaim the bush-a pest offensive' is the Queensland Government's $11 million funding initiative under the Blueprint for the Bush to attack priority pest animals and weeds.

The first round of applications closed on 13 November 2006.
