The Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries (DPI&F) collects your personal information on this form for the purpose of recording your notification of a fire ant, a notifiable pest declared under the Plant Protection Regulation 2002.

You are required to notify DPI&F of a pest under section 12 of the Plant Protection Act 1989. Your personal information will not be disclosed to any third parties unless authorised or required by law.
