About
Hosted by the Department of Primary Industries in collaboration with Douglas Shire Council, this event has been specifically designed to support the community in Mossman who have been impacted by the closure of the Mossman Central Mill and the end of harvest and haulage activities.
Our goal is to provide event attendees with access to vital resources, including:
- financial advice
- agronomic expertise
- farm planning strategies
- water resource management
- mental health and well-being support.
We will explore opportunities for farm diversification and long-term sustainable growth.
