Every November, farms across Queensland take centre stage to celebrate innovation and explore the agricultural technology shaping the future.

Why this month matters

Agriculture has its challenges, but AgTech is here to help you overcome them.

Queensland AgTech Month focuses on real solutions for rising input costs, labour shortages, water use, and sustainability goals. It’s practical, solution-focused, and designed for producers who want to grow smarter.

Here’s why you should join:

  • Discover how drones, sensors, and robotics can streamline your operations.
  • Learn how smarter farming techniques are tackling water management, energy consumption, and rising costs.
  • Farmers, producers, and innovators will share their journeys so you can see what’s possible for your farm.
  • Meet people who share your passion for farming and are ready to embrace smarter practices together.

This isn't just another event. It’s where technology meets community, and big ideas turn into action.

What’s on in November

Across Queensland, AgTech Month is packed with events that bring technologies to life and foster meaningful connections. Whether you’re looking to learn, upgrade, or adopt AgTech for the first time, there’s something for every producer.

Get involved through:

  • workshops that guide you step-by-step on adopting AgTech into your operations
  • live demonstrations of drones, robotics, protected cropping systems, and smart livestock technologies
  • discussion panels with farmers and industry leaders sharing their journeys into AgTech and lessons they’ve learned along the way
  • networking opportunities where you’ll meet farmers, experts, and industry innovators working to change the landscape of farming in Queensland.

Community that makes a difference

Queensland AgTech Month is about more than technology. It’s about people coming together to drive change.

This statewide focus month brings producers, industry experts, innovators and researchers into the same conversation, creating space to share ideas, learn from real experiences, and explore practical solutions that strengthen our agricultural sector.

It’s an opportunity to connect with others who are passionate about smarter, more sustainable farming. Because big ideas don’t grow alone, they thrive when shared.
